John Terry woman ‘may speak out’
The woman at the centre of claims surrounding England captain John Terry’s alleged affair is considering speaking out, publicist Max Clifford said.
Vanessa Perroncel, the ex-partner of Terry’s England and former Chelsea team-mate Wayne Bridge, was “overwhelmed” by the disclosures and was now weighing up her options, he told GMTV.
Mr Clifford, who visited Ms Perroncel on Sunday night, refused to be drawn on the veracity of allegations but insisted some claims made by the press were incorrect.
And he said Ms Perroncel had first to consider the welfare of four-year-old son before she made a decision.
“Obviously she’s just overwhelmed by what has happened,” he said. “She has never spoken to a single journalist and she’s all over all the papers with all kinds of allegations, some of which she said were true and some of which she said aren’t true.
